This Privacy Policy explains how Transfado, operated by Transfado ("we," "us"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Service. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service.
  • To process and display transactions, subscriptions, fees, and payouts.
  • To authenticate you and protect against fraud and abuse.
  • To communicate with you about your account and the Service.
  • To comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed: with payment processors and financial institutions to process transactions; with service providers who support the Service under confidentiality obligations; to comply with law, legal process, or lawful requests; to protect rights, safety, and security; and in connection with a business transfer (e.g., merger or acquisition).

4. Cookies

We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies within the application.

5. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including password hashing and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and API keys.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Transaction records may be retained longer where required by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing (for example, under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA). To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond as required by applicable law. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you consent to processing in the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction.
